The Club has decided to amend the Friday hours to accommodate the known preferred times of members, including those who wish to attend from mid-afternoon.
The new Friday hours for the indoor range are 3pm to 8pm.
The outdoor range is available for that time too but only during daylight hours.
Friday night INDOOR league events on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month have also been reviewed.
The new Friday Night calendar is as follows:
Indoor league to run on every 2nd Friday (i.e. every fortnight) – participants can shoot the comp at any time during our Friday sessions i.e. 3pm to 8pm, as long as a club official can verify and sign off on the score. For example, one person might shoot at 3.30pm, and another at 6pm. The time taken to complete the shoot is approx. 60-90min. The Winter season will involve 5 Friday nights: July 2nd, 16th and 30th August 13th and 27th The Spring season would follow. The Indoor league provides a great way to test your own progress in a relaxed competitive setting.
Novelty nights – these are also indoor events and will be run on the alternate Friday nights (i.e. non-league Fridays), and might include 3D targets, D.A.I.R targets, and even archery ‘darts’. These start on Friday July 9 2021.There will no separate charge for these events as they fall within your membership. As per the casual membership, a $10 range fee applies to each session. We encourage all archers, young and old, novices to veterans, to participate in these events.
The range will be open this Friday 18 June and next Friday 25 June with no organized events.
